WHAT IS CONFESSION?
It is telling God the secrets of your heart
It is opening your heart to God your falls and asking Him to help you not to fall again
If you do, we have a lawyer, 1 John 2:1
In confession we don't tell God what He doesn't know but it help us to unburden the guilt of our sins at Jesus' feet.

You will have peace, Luke 7:50
