How To Praise God

"God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth." John 4:24

WHAT IS PRAISE?
It is the GATE that bring us into His Presence, Ps. 100:4
It is FORGETTING about me and focusing in God, Matt. 18:20
It is a shift between God I WANT to "God you are" Ps 106:1

HOW TO PRAISE GOD?
We need to praise God CONTINUALLY, Ps. 34:1
By SENSING His Presence, Matt. 28:20
"..I am with you always, even to the end of the age." With an instrument, by SINGING new songs, Ps. 33:2
With Thanksgiving, with Psalms:
"Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; Let us shout joyfully to Him with Psalms." Ps. 95:2 With the lips, Ps. 63:3 but also with the heart, Mark 7:6

RESULTS OF PRAISING THE LORD
The Church/ life will be filled with His PRESENCE, 2 Chron 5:13,14
Doors will be opened and chains will fall, Acts 16:23-26
Enemies will flee, 2 Chron. 20:22
Countenance will be radiant, Ps. 34:5
"Nothing tends more to promote health of body and of soul than does a spirit of gratitude and praise." MH p. 251

CHALLENGE: To only praise God during next week.
