BABYLON: means confusion
Babel was built by Nimrod with the purpose to make a name and to save themselves, Genesis 11:1-9
"Nearly every false religion has been based on the same principle that man can depend upon his own efforts for salvation" Patriarchs and Prophets p. 13
A thermometer that I am a victim of Babylon philosophy: "No time for Jesus on a daily basis. I am strong enough to save myself!" But Jesus said:
"Without Me you can do nothing." John 15:5
No wonder we live in a confuse world

ALL NATIONS DRINK OF THE WINE
Salvation by works touches every person on this earth.
All nations drink from this false teaching.

FORNICATION: When two parties who are not supposed to get together, get together
Salvation: God's part and My part (works)
Salvation: partly by works and partly by faith.
People who trust partly in God and partly in themselves "do not look to God, to be kept by His power, but depend upon watchfulness against temptation, and the performance of certain duties for acceptance with Him. There are no victories in this kind of faith. Such persons toil to no purpose. Their souls are in continual bondage, and they find no rest until their burdens are laid at the feet of Jesus."
