A GIANT CAN BE DEFEATED WITH FIVE STONES:

FIRST STONE: Time
"Give ear to my words, O Lord, consider my meditation …For to You I will pray. My voice You shall hear in the morning, O Lord; In the morning I will direct it to You, and I will look up." Ps. 5:1-3.

SECOND STONE: Miracles
"But David said to Saul, 'Your servant used to keep his father's sheep, and when a lion or a bear came and took a lamb out of the flock, I went out after it and struck it and delivered the lamb from its mouth; and when it arouse against me, I caught it by its beard and struck and killed it'." 1 Sam 17:34,35

THIRD STONE: Trust
"David said: 'The Lord who delivered me from the paw of the lion and from the paw of the bear, He will deliver me from the hand of this Philistine.' " 1 Sam 17:37

FOURTH STONE: Own Armor
"So Saul clothed David with his armor…And David said to Saul: 'I can not walk with these, for I have not tested them. So David took them off' " 1 Sam. 17:38,39

FIFTH STONE: Positive Faith
"Then all this assembly shall know that the Lord does not save with sword and spear, for the battle is the Lords, and He will give you into our hands." 1 Sam 17:47

Challenge: Do you have a giant that shakes your faith?
Our Champion Jesus offers Himself to fight our battles
The giants sooner or latter will fall down
If not on this earth, will be in heaven
Keep on Trusting Him

While we walk the pilgrim pathway
Clouds will over spread the sky;
Just one glimpse in glory
Will the toils of life repay

When we all get to heaven,
What a day of rejoicing that will be!
When we all see Jesus,
We'll sing and shout the victory
